The rotary vibrating screen is a precise screening equipment that uses a vertical motor to drive the upper and lower eccentric weights, causing the screen surface to generate three-dimensional compound vibrations in the horizontal, vertical and inclined directions. This enables the material to diffuse in a spiral motion from the center to the edge, thereby achieving fine particles passing through the screen and coarse particles being discharged. Working principle
The working principle of the rotary vibrating screen is similar to the "artistic shaking" when sifting with a sieve: the vertical motor in the middle drives the upper and lower two eccentric heavy hammers to rotate, and the upper heavy hammer makes the screen surface shake horizontally like a circle, pushing the material out in all directions. The heavy hammer below makes the screen surface bounce up and down with a slight oblique throwing force, causing the material to spiral and move forward on the screen surface at the same time. At this point, fine materials fall through the sieve like flour, while coarse materials are "shaken" to the edge outlet and discharged. Through this "shaking and running" method, material classification is achieved. Moreover, it can adjust the Angle and force of the heavy hammer. When sifting sand, it shakes vigorously; when sifting medicinal powder, it shakes lightly. It is particularly flexible.
