Working principle
When the materials are unpacked in the sealed compartment of the feeding station, the negative pressure system immediately absorbs the dust, ensuring that the materials fall down into the downstream direct-discharge sieve under the influence of gravity. The direct-discharge sieve vibrates to quickly disperse the materials on the sieve surface, allowing the qualified fine materials to be vertically discharged, while the coarse materials are separated to the side. The entire process is continuously and automatically completed in a closed system, achieving dust-free operation and rapid classification.
