The helical ribbon mixer is an efficient industrial mixing device. Working principle

The working principle of the helical ribbon mixer is as follows: when the helical ribbon agitators with opposite rotation directions inside rotate, they drive the materials to perform axial reciprocating motion and radial turnover within the casing, accompanied by shearing action. This process enables rapid convection and diffusion of the materials within a short time, ultimately achieving uniform mixing both macroscopically and microscopically.
